I’m Alex, and I used to want to be a philosopher. When I realised that wasn’t really a job nowadays, I thought I’d settle for being an editor.
I’ve always created things. When I was a child, I picked up photography and annoyed my relatives with it. When I was a teen, I made an inter-connected series of short films with my friends. Now I’m an adult, I create videos for a living, whether that’s filming or editing, I’ve never stopped creating.
I graduated Keele University with a First Class degree in Film and won the Shane Meadows (This is England, The Gallows Pole) Prize for Film Studies.
I’ve created content for social media, edited advertisements, even filmed for research projects so nothing is particularly far from my wheelhouse. My creative background with my years of marketing experience give my work a competitive edge, allowing me to tap into both the commercial and artistic elements of video.
